Job Description We are hiring a talented Senior Qualification Technician to help the development of the next generation of avionics systems. Responsibilities Leading and executing qualification testing for electronic and electro‑mechanical systems. Developing and reviewing qualification plans, procedures, and reports. Coordinating with design, systems, and test teams to ensure qualification requirements are met. Qualifications Advanced understanding of qualification principles, environmental testing, and regulatory standards. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision‑making. Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and test data. Skilled in using test equipment and data acquisition systems. HNC/HND or equivalent in Electronics, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (or relevant discipline). Willingness to pursue further professional development or certification where appropriate. Additional Information This role has a salary of between £28,000 and £35,000 plus our flexible benefits package. We are open to this role being spent with time working from home and in the office (hybrid – typically 3 days working in office) or fully in our offices.
