Are you a people person with a real passion for sales? We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Citroën/DS branch in Armadale. As a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark, your role will be heavily sales‑focused, but it’s not a typical sales job. You’ll be with customers every step of the way—from the moment they walk through the door right through to delivering an excellent after‑sales experience. The role is all about helping customers find the right car based on what they need and building strong, positive relationships with them throughout the process. Building and maintaining lasting, sincere relationships with customers through every step of the sales process. Coordinating the order and delivery of vehicles and keeping everything running smoothly. Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer‑experience standards. Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and keep promises. Staying in touch with customers to offer a great after‑sales experience.
