They are now seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant within Tech or Digital Transformation to join them in the next phase of their growth. This role is ideal for someone in an agency who performs a 360-degree role and may feel like just a number or not receive the financial rewards their success deserves. You will join a team of expert consultants specialising in their core markets, working with both small and large organisations, domestically and internationally. Your responsibilities will include writing job adverts from client briefs, sourcing and screening candidates, compiling shortlists, arranging interviews, providing feedback, writing offers, and managing onboarding.
