We are seeking a proactive and experienced Product Manager to support our cybersecurity training platforms including eLearning and Blue Team Labs Online. This role focuses on driving product discovery, user research and feedback analysis to ensure our platforms meet market needs and deliver exceptional user experiences. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with the Head of Product and Product Owner to translate insights into actionable initiatives and help shape the product roadmap. What you’ll be doing Product Discovery & Validation Lead user research initiatives and gather insights from customers, stakeholders and internal teams to inform product decisions. Analyze user feedback, platform metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the Head of Product to support strategic goals and translate them into actionable initiatives. Work with the Product Owner to define feature requirements and enhancements ensuring proposals are ready for Head of Product review and sign-off. Prioritize ideas and features based on data, feedback and guidance from the Head of Product. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with the Head of Product to ensure product initiatives align with company objectives. Work with the Product Owner to translate discovery insights into actionable product requirements, user stories and backlog items. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Student Support to gather input and ensure products meet customer needs. Support go‑to‑market initiatives by providing product insights and context with final plans approved by the Head of Product. Execution & Monitoring Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics. Track the impact of new features and enhancements providing actionable recommendations. Assist the Product Owner and Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements. What we need from you Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field. At least 3 years proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in education training or cybersecurity. Strong experience with product discovery, user research and data‑driven decision‑making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into product actions. What we can offer you Salary of 55,000 – 65,000 dependent on experience. Up to 10% performance based bonus. £2,000 per annum training budget. 25 days holiday, birthday off, UK bank holidays.
