Location: London / Hybrid (onsite twice a week) Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum D.O.E Skills / Requirements for the Modern Workplace Lead Extensive M365 administration, including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and Entra ID / Azure AD Previous management of 3rd party vendor relationships Microsoft E5 licensing Access Management, Security Configuration and Platform Governance Internal Stakeholder Management Previous leadership experience Desirable Skills PowerShell Scripting Any hands‑on experience of 3CX, Mimecast or Zoho ServiceDesk Any Microsoft Purview exposure Start date is ASAP for the Modern Workplace Lead The Modern Workplace Lead will be responsible for Owning the configuration, performance and lifecycle of the M365 services across the business Ensuring optimal use of the Microsoft E65 capabilities Managing and maintaining 3rd party relationships with external networking partners Acting as the final escalation point for complex issues across the platform stack as a whole Leading and mentoring a small team of escalation engineers Defining and enforcing governance policies for M365 usage globally Working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into platform solutions that can be rolled out across the business Please send an up‑to‑date copy of your CV to be considered for the Modern Workplace Lead #J-18808-Ljbffr
