Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the store, ensuring a positive tone and strong work ethic by example. Strictly enforce food safety, sanitation, and regulatory policies. Supervise store sales performance and maintain cleanliness and presentation. Assign and manage shift scheduling for team members. Meet standards for quality, customer service, health and safety, protecting employees and customers. Recruit, select, orient, train, and retain part‑time staff. Develop a passionate working environment and continuously grow the bubble baristas. Build, develop, and maintain a high‑performing team. Respond to customer complaints and comments. Train and educate the team on drink processes and policies. Manage TikTok content creation. Complete reasonable tasks assigned by the company. Qualifications Experience in a managerial/supervisory role driving a high‑sales‑focused culture in a fast‑paced food/beverage industry. Flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays. Legally eligible to work in the UK. Energetic person with positive thinking and a “can do” attitude. Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
