About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen within the MiChild group. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner who will assume the role of Early Years Special Educational Needs Coordinator at our beautiful Moorevilla Nursery in Blackpool. This role is for 30 hours per week (Monday‑Friday 9am to 3pm). The Early Years SENCO role is for a Level 3 or above practitioner. This role ensures the best possible educational outcomes are achieved for children with special educational needs and disabilities. What We’re Looking For Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised) Demonstrates a robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness Has a detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children and families Previous SENCO experience in nursery environment (Desirable) *If you're not yet Level 3 qualified, we may have alternative roles to support your development.
