An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fund / Bank Monitoring Surveyor to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy in their London office.Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.This firm is well established within the development and construction sector and is known for its expertise in delivering high quality monitoring and advisory services across both residential and commercial projects.The successful candidate will take a key leadership role within the London monitoring team, supporting and guiding a group of experienced professionals responsible for delivering accurate, commercially focused monitoring reports.You will work closely with a first class client base of lenders and investors, providing advice across a range of complex and high value developments.Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage and mentor members of the monitoring team within the London office.Deliver and oversee fund and bank monitoring instructions across residential and commercial developments.Build and maintain relationships with a broad client base of lenders, funds and investors.Produce detailed financial, risk and progress reports at all stages of development.Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the monitoring service line.Requirements: Proven background within Fund / Bank Monitoring, ideally from a consultancy or client side role.Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction projects.Chartered MRICS essential Confident communicator with strong client management and reporting skills.Ambition to progress into senior leadership clear career progression is on offer.Whats on Offer: Base salary up to £85k plus bonus and benefits package.Opportunity to lead within a growing and respected London team.Exposure to an excellent client portfolio of lenders and investors.Defined career development pathway within a dynamic consultancy environment.This role offers the chance to step into a leadership position within a well respected and growing monitoring team, working across a wide range of resi and commercial projects in London and beyond. xsabvtc To apply, simply click the link and submit your CV.If this role isnt quite the right fit but youd like to have an initial, informal conversation about your next move, feel free to give me a call on You can also connect with me on LI Rory Thompson.Im currently working on a range of opportunities across the property and construction consultancy space, so even if this role isnt the one, there may be others that align more closely with what youre looking for.
