Site Manager, (Ops2 NGED)Contract, 6 months+£400 to £450 per day outside IR35Walsall, West MidlandsJob Ref : #(phone number removed)You will be managing subcontractors in the delivery of substation construction project at from £100,000 to £multi million pound schemes,Understand the Company Health & Safety and Environmental (SHE) Policies and ProcessesManage and direct compliance to CDM regulations on site.Lead and motivate a team of Sub-Contractors to deliver all aspects of planning and operationsMaintaining accurate records of site resources, materials and plant.Produce reports in a timely mannerTo liaise with customers, clients, local authorities and other interested third partiesTo provide sufficient and timely supervision, assessment and coaching to ensure sub-contractors are performing to agreed production levelsTo ensure quality checks are completeTo regularly undertake all necessary and appropriate Tool Box Talks, Briefings and other communicationsPromote best practice, capture best practice and ensure it is fed-back into the business.Responsible for overall QA / QC process adherence including Inspections and Test PlansYou will be qualified inNGED OPS2 (Operational Authorisation 2).
