SAE UK and ICMP, part of ADE UK’s global network, are looking for a National Course Advisor to help guide aspiring students in their journey toward fulfilling careers in creative media and music production. About The Role The role is hybrid of a traditional contact centre role where call volumes can be high, balanced with account management where relationships need to be nurtured and developed. This includes calling leads / accounts or interacting with them through video conferencing. Supporting and organising campus-based activities, i.e. tours and recruitment events will also be required. Comfortable with change and positively thrives in exciting dynamic environments, demonstrating resilience and ability to prioritise responsibilities and manage change. Works well within a team, motivating and supporting others, embracing collaborative working and achieving results both individually and as part of a team. Creative, adaptable, resilient and able to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines. Demonstrates personal integrity and honesty at all times. Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel within the UK and work weekends and evenings as required. Resilience: ability to prioritise responsibilities and time-manage appropriately. Empathetic and discreet, understands confidentiality and privacy in respect to personal data, information and communications.
