The focus of this Mill Operator role is to be able to operate the stock preparation to a high standard of safety and good housekeeping, handle finished goods and some warehouse duties.This must be achieved while maintaining a high standard of housekeeping and working in accordance with all health and safety procedures and standards.To fully understand the Stock preparation process.To be able to both start up and shutdown the Stock Preparation Plant safely and efficiently.To have a good understanding of the different waste paper types.To ensure the correct type and amount of waste and is used, by ratio & by volume.To be able to safely wrap, unwrap, weigh, stack, move, load and unload wagons.To ensure that all finished goods are stored in the correct mannerThis Mill Operator – Pulper role would suit candidates with experience as a Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Machine Operator, Factory Operative, Forklift Driver, or similar role.
