Salary £36,000 Working hours 40 hours per week, Mon‑Fri, 9:00am to 5:00pm Introduction We’re looking for an empathetic and driven Customer Support Advisor based at Canford Chase in Poole and Avon Cliff in Bournemouth, Dorset. You’ll ensure your homes maintain high levels of occupancy by nurturing quality leads into sales, providing an outstanding customer experience throughout the process, including show‑arounds for customers and professionals. You’ll engage with the local community and professional contacts as an ambassador for Colten Care, whilst supporting local promotional activities and events. Responsibilities Ensure high occupancy by nurturing leads into sales and delivering outstanding customer experience. Conduct show‑arounds for customers and professionals. Engage with the community and professional contacts as an ambassador for Colten Care. Support local promotional activities and events. Provide a professional warm welcome to visitors and escort them on arrival. Assist residents to settle into their new home. Act as a compassionate and empathetic ear for families and relatives, responding to requests for assistance and administrative support. Provide reassurance at every point of the enquiry journey. About you Passionate about helping people, particularly older generation. Empathetic and compassionate, able to balance sales and customer service. Professional, organised, self‑motivated, with proven track record in a sales environment. Use initiative and adapt quickly to fast‑paced environments. Literate and numerate, experience with Microsoft Office suite. Car driver with own car, required to cover two homes during the working week. Essential requirement Business insurance is essential due to travel during work hours.
