Demand Planner

About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and proactive Regional Demand Planner to join our team and play a key role in shaping our forecasting and planning processes within the Health & Medical category. This role is central to ensuring accurate demand planning through data analysis, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration. You will act as the local interface to the central demand planning hub and contribute to the execution of global processes.This position is based at our site in Dunstable or Willerby and follows a hybrid working model: three days in the office and two days working from home.What You Will DoAnalyze historical demand and filter out outliers to identify the most suitable statistical forecasting algorithmEnrich base forecasts with timely and accurate market intelligenceExecute the local S&OP process and facilitate monthly Demand Review MeetingsServe as the local contact for the central demand planning hub, aligning with global processesGenerate new product forecasts using substitution, like-modelling, and scenario planning techniques in collaboration with Marketing and Category ManagementUnderstand and assess the impact of customer buying patternsCommunicate effectively with customers on operational mattersProvide immediate support during ERP go-live through central hyper-care coordinationWho You AreDemonstrated experience in demand planning, with a strong analytical mindset ideally with experience within the medical sectorComfortable working with ERP and demand planning systemsSkilled in data analysis, scenario planning, and continuous improvementEffective communicator with strong collaboration and time management skillsAdaptable and responsive to changing priorities and business needsFluent in English; additional language skills are a plusAble to work constructively in cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts professionallyWhat We Can Offer YouA collaborative and inclusive culture that values your ideas and contributionsOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA role with real impact in shaping demand planning processesSupportive leadership and a global network of colleaguesFlexibility and autonomy in a dynamic work environmentOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
