About the Role We are now delighted to be hiring a Client Experience and Sales Specialist to join our founding team. This role is ideal for someone polished, highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering luxury‑level client experiences while driving strong sales performance in clinic. As a Client Experience and Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the client journey, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from first contact to follow up. You will carry out face‑to‑face client consultations, support practitioners with the sales process, and drive revenue by optimising new client conversions for all VYV services. This is a sales‑focused role requiring experience in aesthetics, luxury sales, retail, or spa environments, with a minimum of 1+ year of sales experience. Experience in a doctor‑led or luxury clinic setting is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Conduct face‑to‑face consultations, taking full ownership of the sales process. Design personalised treatment programs tailored to client goals. Convert consultations into bookings by effectively closing sales and ensuring clients are scheduled as requested. Deliver five‑star customer service throughout the entire client journey from consultation and treatment to follow‑up. Manage and enhance the client experience during check‑in and check‑out. Build, nurture, and maintain long‑term client relationships. Meet and exceed monthly clinic sales targets and personal consultation KPIs. Drive conversion through strong upselling, cross‑selling, and promotion of the full VYV Collective service offering. Identify opportunities for cross‑departmental sales during every client interaction. Support practitioners throughout the sales process to enhance overall team success. Ensure seamless coordination and communication to maximise revenue opportunities. Requirements Minimum 1+ year experience in sales, ideally within luxury retail, spa or wellness environments, or premium doctor‑led clinics (highly advantageous). Strong track record of achieving sales targets. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client‑care skills. Highly polished, organised, and confident in luxury service delivery. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and proactively support both clients and clinical teams. Passion for wellness, aesthetics, and premium client experiences.
