Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Area Manager to oversee our operations in the Midlands. The successful candidate will manage multiple sites, ensuring all security services are delivered to the highest standards and comply with both industry and our internal regulations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of multiple security sites within the Midlands area.
  2. Manage and lead a team of security professionals, ensuring high standards of work performance and ethical conduct.
  3. Develop and implement security strategies that effectively mitigate risks and align with client expectations.
  4. Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations, including health and safety standards.
  5. Foster strong client relationships, manage contracts, and handle client communications with the utmost professionalism.
  6. Prepare and control the annual budget for the area, aiming for cost-efficiency and resource optimization.
  7. Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with ISO certifications and company standards.
  8. Handle staffing requirements, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a managerial role within the security industry.
  2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large teams across multiple sites.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Knowledge of security systems and protocols, with a keen understanding of risk management.
  5. Familiarity with ISO standards relevant to the security industry.
  6. A valid SIA license is preferred.
  7. Ability to travel extensively across the Midlands area.
