Transport Compliance Analyst Holman is seeking a Transport Compliance Analyst to join our Operations Team either at our HQ in Chippenham or the Birmingham office near the NEC. This permanent position offers a hybrid schedule: first 3 months in‑office 5 days a week, then Tues–Thurs in office and Mon & Friday remote. Salary: circa £45,000 depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare a data template for customers to provide fleet specifications and records of compliance and maintenance events. Evaluate received data, analyse compliance with statutory requirements, and validate with the customer before uploading into Holman’s fleet management system. Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports on fleet compliance (O Licence, statutory and planned maintenance); provide analysis identifying required actions. Prepare and present findings, conclusions and recommendations following audits on customer fleet compliance with Operating Licence and maintenance regimes. Develop subject‑matter expertise on Holman’s transport planning system, including use, administration and configuration. Assist in implementing any changes to policies and procedures. Carry out additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Good knowledge and understanding of compliance requirements for heavy goods vehicle operations. High proficiency in spreadsheet modelling and analysis. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; able to create positive impressions with customers and colleagues. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
