Interactive Brokers is seeking an enthusiastic self-starter with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills to provide a high level of service to IBKR’s global existing and prospective institutional clients (including banks, hedge funds, financial advisors and brokers) via telephone, ticket, and live chat. Being bilingual in English and French is preferred. Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
