Are you a newly registered physiotherapist, or early in your career, passionate about rehabilitation and wonder what a role working in the community is like?As a Trust we support your development across the community rehab beds working with adults.This is a fantastic opportunity to work within our recovery hubs. Working as part of the MDT you will be supporting patient flow with a Home First approach.You will gain experience in delivering goal-centred rehabilitation within core areas such as Falls reduction and prevention work.The service functions over 7 days between 8am and 6pm. You will be aligned to a hub area, however there will be an expectation that you work across all 4 hubs if needed.Supported by senior therapists you will be responsible for your own caseload delivering holistic rehabilitation or delegating to others.We are committed to your development, and you will work with the wider multidisciplinary team receiving regular clinical supervision, CPD opportunities and peer support. You will develop leadership skills supporting others including students and have opportunities to make a positive difference to both your patients lives and contribute to service improvements across the Trust and wider partners.You are welcome to visit our team to see what we have to offer.Main duties of the jobWe have 2 vacancies, 1 will be based in the Northwest Recovery hub and the other is based at the East Leeds Recovery hub.
