Regional Operations Director Location: Essex Hours per week: 40 Salary: £75k per annum plus car allowance and bonus About The Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Operations Director to join our operations team. As Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for a portfolio of homes. You will be expected to manage, develop, inspire and support the home managers to ensure the homes achieve full compliance with all regulatory bodies and provide a high quality of service to our residents.
