Key Responsibilities: Drive the implementation of business development and marketing plans for the group, working closely with the Senior BD Manager and partners. Develop and execute client targeting strategies. Facilitate proactive cross-selling of services across the firm. Lead the drafting of pitch documents and credential statements, collaborating with the bids team. Collaborate with the events team to deliver impactful client events, seminars, and networking opportunities, ensuring clear ROI and effective follow-up. Lead on thought leadership campaigns, BD products, client communications, and marketing initiatives, tracking ROI. Oversee directory/award submissions. Person Specification: Solid business development experience gained within the legal or professional services sector. Proactive, tenacious, and creative approach with a can‑do attitude. Strong commercial awareness and focus. Experience in IP, regulatory legal, or tech sectors is advantageous but not essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
