OverviewDo you want a role where your job is to help others to live their best life?We are recruiting for our Floating Support Service in Bishop Auckland and East Durham, where we support people with mental health needs within their own home or out in the community.ResponsibilitiesProviding practical and emotional support to people with mental health needs.Identifying and accessing opportunities for social inclusion with clients.Working with clients in a recovery-focused way, in line with their individual support plans.Collaborating with clients, families, and involved professionals to provide a consistent and coordinated service that meets the needs of the client.Assisting the Project Manager with the day-to-day running of the service.HoursWe have an array of hours available, so can provide full time, part time, and relief roles depending the levels of experience that you have.BenefitsA one-off bonus of £100 upon successful completion of the 4-month probationary period.Competitive pay and a pension with company contribution and 28 days annual leaveCompany paid enhanced DBS for all staffFree employee support programmeAll our staff are supported 24/7 by our out-of-hours teamsSupport to complete the nationally recognised Care Certificate and Social Care DiplomaExperience is not mandatory for this role as we provide full ongoing training in all aspects of the job, however, we do welcome anyone with previous care, support work or NHS experience.
