Special Needs Teaching Assistants – Andover, Hampshire Specialist schools and alternative provisions in Andover and the surrounding area are seeking dedicated, patient, and compassionate individuals to join their teams as Special Needs Teaching Assistants (SEN TAs). Opportunities are available across a range of SEN and SEMH settings, supporting children and young people with additional needs such as autism, learning difficulties, communication challenges, and social, emotional, or behavioural needs. Key Details Full-time and part-time positions available Term‑time only Training and ongoing support provided Pay dependent on experience and specific setting Location: Andover and surrounding areas Applicants should be reliable, caring, and committed to supporting the learning and personal development of children and young people. While experience in education, care, or youth work is beneficial, it is not essential for those who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and a positive approach to supporting others.
