The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate project documentation, coordinating site administration tasks, and ensuring compliance with company and client document control procedures.Working closely with the project management and site teams, you will manage document registers, control the flow of information between site and head office, and provide general administrative support to maintain smooth daily operations on site. Although the role will be initially recruited on a fixed term basis, it may have potential to be made permanent based on workload.Working conditions - Monday to Friday, 42.5 hrs per week.
