Producing accurate monthly management accounts that support commercial decisions
Managing relationships and deliverables across Group Finance, external auditors and financial partners
Embedding and maintaining procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance
Leading forecasting activity and maintaining clear, reliable financial models
Developing and supporting the finance team to deliver consistently high standards
Preparing board-level analysis and supporting the integration of new acquisitions
What you’ll bring to the table as a Financial Controller
A recognised accountancy qualification and strong technical accounting background
Previous experience using MS Office and Sage-based or similar finance systems
Advanced Excel capability, including formulas and macro-based analysis
The ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial audiences
Strong problem-solving capability and confidence to challenge constructively
