Our innovative platform is trusted by hotels worldwide for its ability to streamline operations and improve guest satisfaction.We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team and help lead the development of impactful products across key areas of our platform. In this role, you’ll take ownership of complex problem spaces, work closely with cross-functional partners, and drive initiatives that are critical to Canary’s continued growth and customer success.You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of high-leverage product areas, such as:• Guest communication• Digital check-in• Payments• Upsells• And moreAs part of a globally distributed team, you’ll collaborate regularly with colleagues and customers across time zones—so flexibility, asynchronous communication, and strong cross-cultural collaboration skills are essential.If you are a strong product thinker with at least 5 years of product management experience, and you’re excited to help shape the future of hospitality tech, we’d love to connect. ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans for one or more areas of the Canary platformPartner with Engineering and Design to bring intuitive, scalable, and reliable features to lifeCollaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure successful product launches and strong customer adoptionConduct in-depth customer research and product analysis to inform prioritization and uncover new opportunitiesTranslate complex customer and business needs into clear product requirements and user storiesSet clear goals and success metrics, and use data to drive continuous improvement and iterationHelp mentor other product managers and contribute to the broader product culture and processes Qualifications5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or a technology-driven environmentThis is a remote role and requires the candidate to be located in London.Proven ability to define and ship successful products that deliver measurable business outcomesStrong product intuition and customer empathy—you understand how to solve real problems with elegant, user-focused solutionsExperience working closely with Engineering and Design to drive execution in an agile environmentSkilled at making data-informed decisions while remaining grounded in customer feedbackComfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiencesExperience working across time zones and within globally distributed teamsBonus: Experience in hospitality technology, messaging platforms, payments, or AI/automation is a plus BenefitsCanary Days: Company-wide days off each month to ensure at least one extended weekend or day off.Self Improvement Club: Monthly goal sharing with a budget towards purchases that help achieve these goals.Professional Development Chats: Budget to drive cross-functional professional development conversations.Travel Reimbursement: Ability to visit Canary offices in New York, San Francisco, or Dallas with a travel stipend.Personal Travel Reimbursement: If you stay at a Canary partner hotel, we provide a credit toward your stay.
