Night Cleaner

Position Night Cleaner (Spa Night Housekeeper) at Seaham Hall, County Durham. Key Information Location: Seaham Hall, County Durham Salary: £12.71 per hour plus a share of service charge (approximately £2,000 annually) Hours: 40 hours per week (night shift 10:30pm – 7:00am, including weekends and bank holidays) Reporting to: General Manager, Housekeeping team Responsibilities Provide quality cleaning standards within the Serenity Spa, ensuring the spa is ready for guests next morning, maintain 5‑star standards during the night shift, and interact professionally with management and the housekeeping team. Eligibility & Requirements Previous housekeeping experience is essential. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Attention to detail to uphold 5‑star service standards. Ability to interact professionally with management and team members. Team player, also capable of working independently. Well presented, representing a high standard of competence at all times.
