Learning spaces are adapted to support autistic pupils and those with social, emotional, or communication differences. Your contribution As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping pupils access their learning and develop confidence in their own abilities. You will support personalised programmes, build positive relationships with pupils, and work collaboratively with teachers and therapists to deliver the right support for each child. Your patience, adaptability, and understanding will make a genuine difference every day.
