Bartender, Mandarin Bar To ensure the appropriate presentation and cleanliness of the bar. To prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests. To maintain the set-up and operation of a bar station/section. To handle guest comments and complaints in the appropriate manner. To perform all cashier-related duties according to hotel policies whilst ensuring that guests receive bills in a prompt and accurate manner. As a Bartender you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and late-night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable. To be a successful Bartender candidate, you will have knowledge of cocktails, wine and spirits and previous experience as a cocktail bartender.
