With a large on-site stock of fully prepared vehicles and a high volume of inbound leads, their Hinckley showroom is one of the busiest and most successful in the region. Benefits Uncapped commission structure no ceiling on earnings Realistic OTE £48,000+ (top performers earning £60,000+) 28 days holiday High lead volume and showroom footfall Large, well-maintained vehicle inventory Ongoing training and development FCA accreditation training provided Working Hours 42.5 hours per week 5-day working week including weekends Duties Welcome and guide customers through the showroom experience Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles Conduct test drives and present value-added products Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets The Candidate Previous face-to-face sales experience (automotive or similar retail/sales environment) Highly driven and motivated with a passion for success Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong focus on customer experience and attention to detail Presentable, professional, and team-oriented Full UK driving licence required FCA accreditation desirable (training provided) Immediate interviews are taking place, so please do not delay in applying, should you be interested.
