About the Role: As Restaurant Manager at Cairn Group, you'll take the lead in delivering a best-in-class dining experience-ensuring every service runs smoothly, your team performs brilliantly, and our guests leave happy. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food and service while driving customer satisfaction, staff engagement, and commercial performance.
