Examinations Invigilator Location: Sheffield Springs Academy, Hurlfield Road, Sheffield, S12 2SF. Salary: £12.81 hourly rate plus 12.07% holiday pay. Contract: Casual basis, hours available during exam periods. We are seeking to appoint Exam Invigilators for the school, part of United Learning. Applicants must be flexible with working hours during busy examination periods, particularly December, March and June each year. Responsibilities Work with the Data and Exams Manager to ensure successful operation of the examinations process. Be familiar with guidance for invigilators and instructions for conduct in line with relevant Examination Board. Supervise admission of candidates into the examination room and help them find allocated seats quietly and efficiently. Distribute question papers, answer booklets and associated materials at the beginning; collect them at the end. Supervise candidates quietly and unobtrusively to ensure regulations on conduct, communication, etc. are strictly observed. Provide candidates with additional paper and/or equipment as necessary and in accordance with examination board regulations.
