In short it's an end to end managed consumables solution for industry.UK Wide (Central/ Midlands) | £55k - £60k + Bonus + Car + PensionThe Mission:Drive growth in non-automotive markets - opening doors with Engineering Supplies networks, Industrial Distributors, and MRO suppliers. This is all about developing new business and expanding the reach of a proven consumables programme, integrating modern IT / ERP solutions with traditionally acquired products.We're Looking For:A Sales Development leader or Business Development pro from Engineering Supplies or Industrial Distribution with MRO supply chain know-how. If you've sold non-automotive Workshop Consumables before, that's a big plus.Top Skills & Experience:Senior sales experience in MRO or a high-activity, field-based environmentManaging and developing major accounts in Engineering / Workshop ConsumablesStrong track record of delivering sales growthGravitas to engage and influence at board levelProficient in presentations & sales /market data analysis (Excel)Clear, confident communicatorHighly organised, numerate, professional, and resilientWilling to travel with occasional overnightsSmart, punctual, and impactful in first impressionsApply Now:Online screen interviews will be conducted by our exclusive recruitment partner Glen Shepherd.
