Data Access Manager – Power Digital Marketing We are a tech‑enabled growth firm at the intersection of marketing, consulting & data intelligence. As a Data Access Manager, you will provide best‑in‑class support to prospective clients during our Access & Integration process, guiding them through connecting all data sources to our internal systems. You will work closely with the Revenue team, who owns client relationships during vetting, and the Analyst team, who owns the analysis/marketing audit portion of our sales cycle. Responsibilities Serve as an important initial point of contact for prospective clients. Manage client onboarding environments. Maintain a library of Access & Integration materials. Regularly update internal documentation of access processes as they change over time. Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize our Access & Integration processes. Utilize and leverage Power Digital's nova ecosystem as it relates to your department. Role Requirements Experience guiding customers through onboarding processes and conducting effective training sessions. Background in addressing and resolving customer issues, ideally in a technical or software‑related context. Familiarity with analytics tools for customer data analysis and reporting. Experience using Google Sheets for administrative tasks. Familiarity with the Access protocol for the following platforms (a plus): Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, and similar CRMs; Klaviyo & similar ESPs; Shopify & similar CDPs. Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Decrease average days to complete access requests (OKR = 7 days or less). Increase % completion of integrations requested (OKR = 70%+). Decrease number of unsuccessful integrations (OKR = 30% or less). Most Important Things (MITs) Access Request Velocity. Completed Integrations. Access & Integration Success.
