About the role This is an amazing opportunity to join us in a period of growth and development as a Customer Service Assistant, working in a team environment within NRG GYM Limited. The role is based at our head office in Bexleyheath, United Kingdom. Responsibilities Resolve member queries. Deliver excellent customer experience in line with the operational member service plan. Deliver customer service that puts the member at the forefront while balancing business interests. Engage enthusiastically with members and prospective members online where needed. Escalate issues to management proactively. Support Team Leaders in improving systems, processes and efficiencies. Support the operations team with member support requests and additional duties as required. Qualifications Experience working in a team environment across multiple channels including digital (email, social media) and occasionally by phone. Proactive, can‑do attitude and readiness for challenge. Strong communication skills, particularly written communication that reflects the organisation’s tone of voice. Ability to work well in a tight‑knit team. Customer‑service centric mindset, passionate about service delivery. Excellent interpersonal skills. Organised: plan workload effectively, manage multiple activities simultaneously, meet deadlines, learn from mistakes. Thrives in fast‑paced environments, adaptable to change, confident asking for help when needed. Job Details Job type: Full‑time Pay: £25,000.00 – £28,000.00 per year Working hours: Variable Working Hours, 40 hours per week.
