Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Technology, or related field Demonstrated experience applying AI/GenAI to business problems Exceptional communication skills in Spanish (C2) and English (C1) Ability to operate autonomously in dynamic, fast-paced environments Strong skills in stakeholder management and change leadership Preferred Qualifications Experience with large-scale HR or benefits programs Expertise in building scalable AI-enabled solutions Deep understanding of benefits-related data analytics Proven track record of technological innovation in corporate settings Advanced knowledge of HR technology ecosystems Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
