HR Advisor – Pure Unity Health Norwich City Centre (Hybrid – 3 days office-based - Free Parking ) Full Time – 40 hours per week Reporting to : HR Business Partner Salary - up to £32k dependant on experience Pure Unity Health is growing fast—and we’re looking for a proactive, people-focused HR Advisor to help us shape the future of our business. Why This Role Matters As our new HR Advisor, you’ll be a key player in delivering high-quality HR support across the business. You’ll work closely with our HR Business Partner to provide expert advice, coach managers through complex issues, and lead on specialist areas like sickness absence and wellbeing. You’ll also help drive process improvements and support strategic HR projects that influence our culture and growth. What You’ll Be Doing Advising managers on employee relations, including disciplinaries and grievances Coaching line managers through HR matters with confidence and legal insight Maintaining and improving HR systems and employee records Leading on absence management and wellbeing initiatives Producing and analysing people data to support business decisions Supporting HR projects and collaborating with Recruitment and L&G teams Driving service improvements and automation through HR systems Handling general HR admin including payroll data and change letters What We’re Looking For CIPD qualified (or working towards) Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume HR environment Excellent IT and data analysis skills (Excel, Word) Confident communicator with great coaching and negotiation abilities A team player with initiative, resilience, and a flexible approach At Pure Unity Health, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking team where your ideas are valued, your development is supported, and your work makes a real difference.
