The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing top-quality deliverable for the existing clients across our offices and help guide and train junior team members. The Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager will provide a positive contribution to the development of the firm resulting in continually growing a team and top line revenues by active promotion of this specialist service line. Key Responsibilities Research and analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on the client's business, transfer pricing issues, regulations, and market trends to support client engagements. Data analysis: Assist with the collection and analysis of financial data to support transfer pricing analysis. Economic analysis: Using databases and AI‑enabled software tool, you will perform and review benchmarking analyses to evaluate and support transfer pricing strategies. Documentation and compliance: Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation reports in compliance with local regulations and international standards. Client engagement: Collaborate with senior team members to support in client meetings, prepare presentations, and contribute to client deliverables. Project management: Manage tasks within assigned projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Guide team: guide and train junior team members of the TP team to build and nurture talents. Collaboration across the Firm and across geographies: Work closely with cross‑functional teams within the Firm and with our counterparts in other countries in the HLB network to deliver comprehensive client solutions. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise At least 2 years dedicated in transfer pricing at a UK professional services firm Experience in performing economic analysis (including benchmarking) Experience in writing TP deliverables (Local file, Master file, planning memo, etc.) About Menzies LLP Menzies is a proudly independent UK business advisory and accountancy practice with true national coverage and international connections.
