You'll be part of a friendly and professional installation team, working on air source and ground source heat pump systems, helping to create energy-efficient buildings that perform better for both people and the planet. Responsibilities Install, commission, and maintain Air Source and Ground Source Heat Pump systems. Lead or assist on installations, ensuring safe, high-quality workmanship. Communicate effectively with customers to explain product operation and maintenance. Support with training junior team members and sharing technical knowledge. Complete job paperwork, handovers, and compliance documentation accurately. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery. Maintain a professional approach, upholding company values and safety standards. Requirements Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent). Experience fitting Air Source or Ground Source Heat Pumps. Full UK Driving Licence. Strong communication and customer service skills. Desirable Skills Electrical experience or qualifications. Experience with Solar PV, MVHR systems, or other renewable technologies.
