Primary School Teacher – Full Time, Permanent Location: Newark‑on‑Trent Start Date: January 5th, 2026 Salary: £150‑£220 per day Education Personnel is pleased to be working with a caring and ambitious primary school in the Newark area to appoint a Primary Teacher. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Primary Teacher to join a school that values creativity, collaboration and consistency across all year groups. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver inspiring lessons across the primary curriculum Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment Use assessment to inform teaching and ensure progress for every pupil Build strong relationships with colleagues, parents and the wider community Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extra‑curricular and enrichment activities Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching in primary education (EYFS, KS1 or KS2) Strong understanding of the national curriculum Ability to create engaging, differentiated lessons Excellent communication and organisation skillsCommitment to inclusive education and ongoing professional development Why work with Education Personnel?
