Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse / Social Worker or Occupational Therapist – Band 6 Hybrid working, and a warm welcome accompany this opportunity to work creatively with children and young people/adults across both the Community CAMHS and Youth Teams in Kings Lynn, West Norfolk. We are a multi‑disciplinary team promoting positive mental health and providing treatment interventions for children and young people aged 0‑25. We strive to be dynamic and creative, dedicating ourselves to supporting young people's wellbeing with a needs‑led approach. We are seeking like‑minded clinicians to work alongside us in supporting young people's mental health. Responsibilities Support children and young people to reach their goals, providing therapeutic interventions and care. Manage risk and deliver care within a flexible, hybrid working pattern. Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting each other to help each other grow and learn. Engage with families and carers, maintaining a positive non‑discriminatory and inclusive culture. Qualifications & Key Skills Experience of working with children and young people, ideally within a mental health field. Passion, resilience, empathy and strong communication skills. Ability to be flexible, manage risk and work effectively as a team player. Strong interpersonal skills, patience, strength and tenacity.
