Hours: Full Time - 40 hours - Monday to FridayCreating and maintaining great places to live and work delivered by excellent people who care…Purpose of RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Static Electrical Engineer to join our facilities maintenance team based permanently at RAF Brize Norton, one of the UK’s most significant military airbases.Job DescriptionAs part of our on-site engineering team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the ongoing compliance, safety, and reliability of electrical and building services infrastructure. You’ll carry out a range of duties including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault diagnosis, and reactive repairs on electrical systems such as power distribution (including 3-phase), emergency lighting, small power, alarms, and general building systems.This is a site-based role offering stability, a consistent working environment, and the chance to be part of a well-supported team working on a high-profile, secure site.ResponsibilitiesDelivering electrical maintenance services across the RAF Brize Norton sitePerforming routine PPMs, reactive fault-finding, and emergency repairsMaintaining systems including 3-phase power, lighting, alarms, and controlsSupporting compliance with statutory regulations and client standardsWorking within MOD protocols and maintaining high Health & Safety standardsEssential Qualifications/SkillsProven experience in a commercial or facilities management settingSolid understanding of electrical systems, fault-finding, and maintenance18th Edition qualification and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical InstallationAbility to pass BPSS Clearance (must have lived and worked in the UK for the past 5 years)In return for your hard work we offer additional training and development, 26 days holiday (+ bank holidays), generous pension contribution, life assurance and much more.We are VINCI Facilities – experts in the built environment.
