As a main point of contact, you'll seamlessly interact with customers and colleagues, becoming an integral part of their ongoing success.PM Transport Supervisor ResponsibilitiesDaily satisfaction of all customer transport requirements.Serving as a key management liaison for customer interactions.Optimising the coordination of internal fleet and sub-contractors for maximum cost-effectiveness.Leading day-to-day driver management, focusing on team development, training, and operational efficiency.Strategic management of suppliers (sub-contractors, agencies, maintenance) to control operational spend.Ensuring peak reliability and presentation through regular driver, vehicle, and trailer checks.Guaranteeing full adherence to all company internal processes, procedures, and O-License legislative demands.Compiling and presenting weekly management information reports.PM Transport Supervisor - RequirementsPrevious experience supervising in transport operations.Strong organisational and planning capabilities.A track record of responsible, ethical, and honest conduct.A solid understanding of current UK transport operations and legislation.Management CPC or a clear commitment to obtaining this qualification (Highly desirable)Ideally, practical experience with O-Licence compliance.
