Role Overview The Global Director of Contingent & Consultancy Solutions will lead a comprehensive global enterprise sales strategy, value proposition and go‑to‑market proposition to grow Contingent and Consultancy solutions across EMEA, APAC, Americas for MSP, Services Procurement, Project Solutions, Consultancy and Hire Train Deploy. Responsibilities Lead matrix management across Outsourcing, Recruitment, Central Management Teams, offshore counterparts and the RW Consultancy Senior Leadership Team. Drive new logo wins and grow existing customer portfolio across Consultancy, Advisory, Outsourcing and Recruitment customers. Support major bids with expertise, content, commercial guidance and hybrid contingent workforce solutions. Map, network and cultivate key client engagements at the buying level using group-wide connections. Own the full sales cycle – introduction, qualification, proposal, commercials, contract and commercial negotiation and close. Apply a consultative, strategic account development approach and networking skills. Engage senior stakeholders and decision makers, navigating complex organisational structures. Develop new opportunities, nurture and grow existing relationships to capture new leads. Identify client requirements and develop accountable solutions and proposals. Manage the contract and procurement process to agree terms and complete legal processes. Identify key stakeholders via email, phone calls, video calls, LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to build a portfolio and network. Accountable for global new business budget for Consultancy solutions, annually, targeting the 2028 target and regional expansion. Lead solutions design, customer presentations and proposal submissions. Review internal initiatives and incentives to expand lead generation across business units. Support marketing for outsourcing and consultancy to drive go‑to‑market and campaign strategies. Create brand sales channel strategy with product SMEs and wider sales teams across customer segments and regions. Accountable for new logo acquisition and white‑space expansion, aiming for a 50/50 split of personal vs. team contribution. Use the Robert Walters sales engagement methodology APEX (Franklin Covey) throughout the sales process, mentoring and coaching for consultative techniques. Partner with Global, Corporate and Regional sales teams to sell products into Global Enterprise and Key National accounts. Problem‑Solving – identify and implement effective solutions. Leadership and People Management Role Model – demonstrate leadership through ACE (Authenticity, Care, Entrepreneurial Mindset). Team Leadership – manage a diverse, multi‑national team respecting cultural differences. Change Management – lead organisational change and drive transformation. Collaboration – build strong relationships across teams as a Global Leadership Team member. Communication and Interpersonal Effective Communication – convey complex information clearly. Stakeholder Management – build trust and influence stakeholders internally and externally. Conflict Resolution – resolve conflicts diplomatically. Local Requirements Extensive experience in new business sales pursuits, enterprise contingent and consultancy solutions across international markets. Deep understanding of global labour markets, international employment laws and regulations. Experience creating and implementing employer branding and marketing strategies. Innovative, customer‑focused, dedicated to continuous improvement, resilient under pressure and possesses excellent networking skills to represent the organization globally.
