Inspire, coach and support staff to deliver high-quality teaching and an engaging, ambitious curriculum. Drive innovation across the department, using data and evidence-informed practice to enhance progress. Work as part of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to whole-school initiatives and improvement priorities. Champion a positive learning culture and uphold high expectations for students and staff. Support the continued growth of the school as pupil numbers increase year on year.
