Customer Team Member Location: Unit 1 Dalfaber Drive, Aviemore, PH22 1UQ Pay: £12.60 per hour Contract: 25 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. What you'll do Friendly and thoughtful service — put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co‑op products and Membership, and do all you can to deliver a great shopping experience. Work together to make everyone's day better — support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members. Make sure the store is safe and legal — keep the shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be. Help introduce new products and services — make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together. Support your local community — get involved in all kinds of activities and events. This job would suit people who have A genuine care for the needs of customers and members.
