Join us at Had Fab as a Maintenance Supervisor, where your expertise will play a vital role in keeping our site safe, efficient, and high-performing.About The RoleAs Maintenance Supervisor, youll be responsible for supporting the Maintenance Manager with the day-to-day running of our maintenance function, ensuring that machinery, equipment, and facilities are operating at their best. Youll supervise a team of maintenance engineers and technicians, lead planned and reactive maintenance, and support continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities IncludeSupervise the maintenance team, including task allocation, performance and trainingCarry out and oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance across the siteLead rapid response to breakdowns, identifying root causes and minimising downtimeEnsure completion of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedulesMaintain equipment performance, reporting faults using digital systemsChampion health and safety practices, including risk assessments and toolbox talksAssist the Maintenance Manager with planning, compliance, and reportingAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is not only technically capable, but also a confident and effective team leader.Youll Likely BringA strong electrical and mechanical background (18th Edition essential)Experience with PLC fault finding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and technical drawingsPrevious experience leading or supervising a maintenance or engineering teamGreat organisational and communication skillsA proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detailIOSH or NEBOSH Managing Safely (preferred)Working knowledge of ISO standards (especially ISO 1090) is a bonusWhy Join Us?Be part of a supportive, inclusive work environment that values your contributionWork in a role where you can genuinely make a difference every dayEnjoy opportunities for ongoing development and trainingWhat We OfferRate of pay: Competitive (discussed at interview)Hours: 39 hours per week Monday to FridayHolidays: 28 days annual leave (increasing to 33 with length of service)Birthday day offEnhanced paternity/maternity leaveDeath in service insuranceAccess to our Employee Assistance ProgrammeReady to take the next step in your career?If youre excited about leading a high-performing maintenance team and contributing to a business that values quality and innovation, we want to hear from you.
