Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant Innovative School in Banbury A fantastic opportunity to join a growing primary school in Banbury, known for its modern facilities and STEAM-focused curriculum. As a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in shaping the early learning experiences of nursery and reception pupils. Pay: £88.92 - £110 a day (dependent on experience) Candidate requirements Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education Experience in nursery or reception settings Passion for early childhood development Strong understanding of EYFS framework Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Paediatric First Aid trained (preferable) Your responsibilities will include Supporting children's learning through play and structured activities Promoting emotional well‑being and social development Assisting with planning and delivery of EYFS curriculum Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment Collaborating with parents and carers to support progress Monarch Education are committed to providing equal opportunities for all candidates and welcomes applications regardless of sex, race, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, religion and belief, pregnancy and maternity or disability as well as adhering to strict Safeguarding procedures.
