About the roleResponsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:Supporting lawyers to assist with the preparation, drafting and filing of trade mark and design applications.Conducting clearance searchesUndertaking online research, investigations, legal research and preparing reportsAssisting with IP watching and monitoring services.Assisting with managing the IP database and recordsResearching particularly in the areas of fashion, retail, luxury goods and designPreparing research memos and presentations.About youThe ideal candidate would demonstrate:Strong internet and online search skillsTrade Mark and design prosecution experience, with UK, EU and international experience preferred.A strong academic backgroundExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to show initiativeThe ability to be detail-focused and self-motivated.Why apply?This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a prominent international firm and gain hands-on experience with a high-calibre IP team.
