Your Role & Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development: Lead a talented engineering team, driving performance, delivering training, and planning for future succession. Operational Excellence: Oversee 24/7 operational management of the data centre, ensuring continuous availability and compliance with service‑level agreements (SLAs). Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the client organization, identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings and add value. Engineering & Facilities Management: Take responsibility for all engineering, maintenance, and high‑voltage systems, ensuring the critical infrastructure is maintained to the highest standards.
