Responsibilities Welcome every customer through our doors, managing their visit by directing them to the correct department efficiently. Offer refreshments throughout the visit. Manage incoming calls and connect diallers to the right department promptly. Proactively manage the showroom experience so each customer feels that they have had uniquely personal and bespoke service. Collaborate effectively with management and dealership teams. About You Proactive communicator with management and dealership teams. Innovative in creating experiences and uses initiative to delight customers. Can collate customer knowledge and anticipate their needs. Excellent organisational and preparation skills. Genuine passion for detail and a warm, cheerful phone voice with efficient call transfer ability.
